Grafton--Mrs. Christine M. Cromling, 74, former resident of Elyria until one year ago was pronounced dead today at 7:40 a.m. in ELyria Memorial Hospital. She had been in ailing health the past year and since that time was making her home with a son, William E. Cromling at 35 Edgewood Dr., Grafton.
Mrs. Cromling was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church of Grafton and the Order of St.Francis. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles J. Cromling Sr. and a son.
Survivors are two sons, Richard of Lakewood and William E. of Grafton who is secretary and trust officer of the First National Bank of Elyria and six grandchildren.
Friends will be received in the Russell D. Fulton Funeral Home tomorrow 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.. Services will be Monday at 9:30 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Church. The Rev. Edward F. Haberbosch, pastor will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Elyria
The rosary will be recited in the funeral home Sunday 8 p.m.
