The funeral of Mrs. Jennie E. McCann, widow of P. J. McCann, who died Saturday at the Niagara Convalescent home, 1105 Perry avenue, will be held from the home of her niece, Mrs. Arthur Killian, 447 Twelfth street, at 8:30 a.m. tomorrow. Requiem high mass will be celebrated at St. Mary's church by the Rev. C. F. Killeen, pastor, and interment will be made in Riverdale cemetery [now part of Gate of Heaven].
Mrs. McCann, who was 74 years old, was a member of one of Niagara's oldest and most widely known families. She was a daughter of the late Thomas Neville, pioneer settler of Niagara Falls. She was born here and had lived in the city all her life. Her death followed a stroke which she suffered more than three years ago.
Besides Mrs. Killian, she is survived by another niece, Miss Jane Sullivan, and a nephew, Harold Neville, both of this city."
