Northampton, Mar. 31 – Mrs. Annie Mead Hammond, 75, widow of Superior Court Judge Thomas J. Hammond, died today at her Main st. home.
She was a graduate of Mary A. Burnham School and Smith College, class of 1904. She and her husband, who died in 1946, were married in Brooklyn, N.Y. in 1905 and she made her home here since.
She was a member of the Edwards Congregational Church, trustee of the Cooley Dickinson Hospital from 1935 to 1955, and a member of the Smith College Alumnae Assn. She is survived by two nieces.
Services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Charles R. Dutton Funeral Home.
