Funeral services are planned for 2 p.m. Monday at 2722 South Washington street for Mrs. Laura Billings Weirich, 60. Rev. Carl C. Cole, pastor of the Central Christian church, will officiate. Burial is to be in IOOF cemetery. Friends may call at the South Washington street address until time for the funeral.
Mrs. Weirich died at 5 a.m. Saturday, at her home, 1824 Marion avenue, after an illness of nine months. She was born at Upland and moved to Marion 40 years ago. She formerly was employed by the Canton Glass Co.
Survivors include: The husband, Claude; one son, Claude Overmyer, Richmond, Ind. and four grandchildren.
