Margaret Yowell Eure, 90, passed away at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, Virginia, on Monday, July 16, 2012.
Margaret was born on August 20, 1921, to Alban Waverly Yowell and Mary Elizabeth Hale Yowell. She was a home economist.
Surviving Margaret are her children, Amanda Elizabeth Eure Croson of Reston, Virginia, Werdna Wayland Eure Jr. of Redlands, California, Ann Waverly Eure Beard of Martinsville, Virginia; siblings, John Yowell and Mary of Bealeton, Virginia, Everette Yowell and Barbara of Etlan, Virginia, and Elizabeth Hall of Richmond; grandchildren, Christian Lee Croson-Belew, Andrew Carter Eure, Maxwell Christopher Eure, Samantha Elizabeth Beard Curry and Jonathan Nicolas Morris; great-grandchildren, Damian Merritt Belew and Victoria Lauren Patience Belew; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, her husband, Werdna Wayland Eure; siblings, Robert William Yowell, Walter Mayo "Jack" Yowell, Joel Byrd Yowell, Mary Frances Rosson; and granddaughters, Amanda Lauren Croson and Natalie Ann Beard, preceded her in death.
Chapel funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, July 20, 2012, at Clore-English Funeral Home in Culpeper, Virginia, with Pastor Dan Yowell officiating.
