ALFRED P. ALTMAN

Alfred Altmann(sic), 68, former Manitowoc florist, died Wednesday
afternoon at his home in Sheboygan.
Services are to be held at 1:30 p.m. saturday at the Kroos funeral
home in Sheboygan with burial in Evergreen cemetery, Manitowoc.
A son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles F. Altmann, the deceased was
born in Manitowoc in 1882. Following his graduation from high school
he entered the florist business with his father at Michigan avenue
and North 18th street, Manitowoc.
He married the former Richie Schroeter and six months later moved
to Ogden, Utah to continue as a florist. About 35 years ago he
returned to Wisconsin, joining with his brother, William Altmann,
in a Sheboygan floral shop. He had remained there ever since.
Surviving are the wife; twin sons, LaMare and LaVerne; three grand-
children; and the brother, William, all of Sheboygan and a sister,
Mrs. Melvin Sanderson of Manitowoc.
Friends may call at the Kroos funeral home in Sheboygan Friday
evening and prior to the time of services Saturday afternoon.
