Funeral services for Lamar C. Altman, 69, who died Thursday, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Kroos-Mason Funeral Home.
The Rev. Clarence W. Stangohr will officiate at the service and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Manitowoc.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Sunday. VFW Post 1230 services will be at 7 p.m. Sunday.
Mr. Altman was born July 1, 1913 in Ogden, Utah, a son of Alfred and Rickie Schroeder Altman. He came to live in Sheboygan as a child and attended U.S. Grant School.
During World War II, he served in the infantry for five years and was in the Italian Campaign.
He was employed at General Box Co. for 35 years, retiring in 1979. He was a member of Ebenezer Lutheran Church.
Survivors include a brother, La Vern Altman, of Sheboygan.
A memorial fund has been established in Mr. Altman’s name.
