Mrs. Margaret Lee Dot Webb passed away on July 23, 2013 at the age of 101.
Mrs. Webb was born Nov. 25, 1911 in Ashburn, Ga. to the late Annie Lee Lindsey
and Willis Curtis Smith. At the age of three she moved with her parents to
Brooks County where she remained until her death. She was preceded in death by
her husband, Fonsey R. Webb. They operated Webb & Webb Grocery in Dixie, Ga. for
50 years. Upon their retirement in 1975, they moved to Quitman, Ga. where Mrs.
Webb worked part time for Allied Department Stores retiring there at the age of
81. She was a member of Dixie Baptist Church. Survivors include three daughters
& sons in law, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren
