Westlake- Angela Gammage Wolfe, 53, passed away July 19, 2012 in a local care center.
She loved children. She was a substitute teacher for Western Heights and Westwood Elementary Schools. She loved coaching and umpiring softball. She also loved her favorite dog Dakota. She was a graduate of Westlake High School. She was a member of the band and was a co-captain of the girl's basketball team.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Wanda Gammage; brother, Scott Gammage; grandmother, Lillie Waits.
She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Wolfe of Westlake; son, Dylan Wolfe and wife Kandice of Biloxi, MS; daughter, Sage Wolfe of Westlake; father, Wendell "Pete" Gammage and wife, Peggy of Thibodeaux, LA; brother, Guy Gammage of Pacifica, CA; sister, Debra Gunnels of Sommerville, TX; granddaughter, Khloe Wolfe of Biloxi, MS; very best friend, Lisa Olivier and husband, Wayne; numerous nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be 3pm, Sunday, July 22, 2012 at First Baptist Church of Westlake. The Rev. Wayne McIntyre will officiate. Visitation will begin Saturday, 10am-10pm and will resume Sunday 8am until noon at the funeral home and 2pm until service time at the church. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Ronnie Wolfe at Hixson Funeral Home or First Baptist Church of Westlake to help with funeral expenses.
