Alma F. Stockton Miller, 75, widow of John L. Miller, former publisher of the Elk City Sun, passed away at her home, following a major stroke, in Elk City, Ks.

Her body was found by neighbors after she failed to answer the doorbell when they called to see about her needs. She had been in poor health since the death of her husband, on Aug. 4, 1977.

Daughter of Truman and Florence Neeley Stockton.

She was previously married in 1919 to Glen Otto Cunningham. They had two sons.

Harold Otto Cunningham 1924–1973
William Jack Cunningham 1926–2000

They divorced, both married again.

She later married John L. Miller.
He preceded her in death on Aug. 4, 1977.
