Daughter of Conrad H. & Louise Becker. She married Eugene Jobst, Jr., in 1945. She attended Wartburg college two years, majoring in social studies. She was adoptive coordinator for the Lutheran Family and Social Service of Nebraska, Inc. She and her husband, Rev. Eugene Jobst, Jr., had joined the agency three years before. Survived by three sons and a daughter. She was preceded in death by her father, former Wartburg College president Conrad Henry Becker. Her mother and husband also perished in the flood on the night of July 31, 1976.
