Andy, a lifetime Ellis County resident, passed away Wednesday night at Parkland Hospital, Dallas. He was born in Waxahachie to John and Lisa (Mason) Austin. Andy attended Maypearl Schools and currently was a Senior. He played high school baseball, was third in his class, was a member of the National Honor Society, Student Government and was an American Legion delegate to Boy's State. He was family oriented and loved playing golf. Andy had a deep love for his family. Suvivors are: his parents, John and Lisa Austin of Maypearl; maternal grandmother, Doris Joyce Mason; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Jacob and Emily Austin, Luke and Sarah Austin, all of Maypearl, and Ben and Lesley Austin of Cedar Hill; one sister and brother-in-law, Grace and Jason Lawson of Maypearl; numerous nieces, nephews and a large number of friends.
