"Mrs Goldie Mae Beardsley, 44, of Garland, died at 1 am yesterday in Warren General Hospital after a short illness. She leaves two sons, Donald and Floyd Beardsley of Garland; her mother, Mrs Pearl Seely of Grand Valley; six sisters, Mrs Eulla Johnson of Youngsville, Mrs Lulu Gilson, Mrs Louise Stufflebeam, Mrs Bessie Cornell, all of Grand Valley; Mrs Ila Moronski of Torpedo, Mrs Bertena Anderson of Pleasantville; a step-brother, Ernest Seely of Titusville; and several nieces and nephews. The body was taken to Young's funeral home in Youngsville, where friends may call. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm at the Presbyterian church in Garland, with interment in the Garland cemetery."
