MRS. MARGARET ELIZABETH ARATA, 74, of 3307 Adair died Sunday at Shelby County Health Care Center. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hinds-Smythe Cosmopolitan Funeral home with burial in Memphis Memory Gardens. Mrs. Arata, the widow of William Paul Arata, leaves two daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Perry and Mrs. Jackie Hopper, and a son, George D. Arata, all of Memphis; two stepdaughters, Mary Louise Murphy of Memphis and Betty Jean Mask of Oregon; a sister, Mrs. Amelda Glisson of Memphis, 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
