Estelle Lorraine Odom ("Mema - MoMo") went home to be with her Lord and Savior on July 13, 2012 at the age of 76. She was a devoted Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister and Friend. She was a lifelong resident of San Antonio, TX. Estelle was loved not only by her family, but by all those that knew her. Her unconditional love and caring was appreciated by all. Dear to her heart was serving the Lord; she was a member of Faith Bible Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father James Redus, mother Estelle Redus, brothers Jimmy and Alvin Redus, daughter-in-law Pat Shields, and her son Ross "Jr." Odom.
She was a shining example of sincerity and love for those she came in contact with and will be remembered for her open, caring and generous heart. Visitation will begin on Monday, July 16, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Mission Burial Park South.
