Mrs. Charles Lepinski, Stockton, died at her home on Sunday, Sept. 12,1921, at 1:30 after an illness of but a few hours. She was taken suddenly ill at about 10 o'clock Saturday night and passed away at 1:30 of uremic poisoning.
Mrs. Lepinski, whose maiden name was Mary Konopacki, was a daughter of the late Peter and Charlotte (Toczek) Konopacki of Polonia, and was born in Polonia 49 years ago.
She was married to Charles Lepinski when she was 17 years of age, and had made her home in the town of Stockton for many years.
There survives, besides the widower, the following children: Nick, Junction City; Mattie, Stevens Point; Joseph, at home; Herman, Fond du Lac; Ed, Rugby Junction; Adolph, Agnes; Hobard and Helen at home. Mrs. Frank Molski, 612 Fourth avenue, is a sister of Mrs. Lepinski.
The funeral was held Wednesday morning Sept. 14, 1921, at Sacred Heart Church, Polonia, with burial in the parish cemetery.
Funeral services for the late Mrs. Charles Lepinski of Stockton were held at Sacred Heart church, Polonia, conducted by the pastor, Rev. L.J. Pescinski, assisted by Rev. L. Schorn of Custer.
Burial in the parish cemetery where the remains were consigned to earth by Henry and Walter Welch, Ed Molski, Damian Omernik, Earl Boyer and George Lepinski. All members of the family attended the last sad rites as did also Mrs. Jacob Konopacki and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Ropella of Ashland.
