You have the death date of Hannah Robinson Thomas as 19 Feb 1730.... how can this be so when her daughter Hannah was born in Plymouth on 20 Jun 1730.... I can see 19 Feb 1731 but not 19 Feb 1730.... the child would have died as well if it was Feb 1730.....Also, given the 1 year grievance for widows/widowers... then the courting and seeking persmission from the church to marry again, the 3rd marriage to Elizabeth Gardner falls in line (1734) with the 1731 death date..... are you sure the tombstone was translated correctly? Otherwise, there would be another wife Hannah as the mother of Hannah Thomas-Thomas, but the timeframe does not permit for such.... Thank you, Chace Simmonds-Frith

RE: Hannah Thomas
The sources I have been looking at is, in particular, the birth of her daughter, Hannah Thomas-Thomas who was the first female LightHouse Keeper in the US.... Hannah Thomas-Thomas' birth is recorded in Plymouth as 20 June 1730.... Her mother, Hannah Robinson is listed, per the tombstone transcription, as dying on 19 Feb 1730. The 4-month difference between Mother Hannah dying in Feb and daughter Hannah being born -months later is not possible,,, so either daughter Hannah was born in 1729, which is contrary to the recorded birth in Plymouth, or Mother Hannah died in 1731.... which is what I am trying to validate... Thank you, Chace
