Mr. Cremer died Friday April 17, 1992 at Riverside Medical Center after an extended illness.
The Rev. Phillip Dedera will officiate and burial will be in Momence Cemetery.
There will be no visitation.
Memorials in his name have been established for St. Patrick Academy in Momence and The Bible Witness Camp.
Mr. Cremer was born March 6, 1929 at Steger to Alvin and Anna Miller Cremer.
His wife, the former Gloria Hayhurst, whom he married Oct 29, 1949 at First Baptist Church in Momence, survives.
Also surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Janet Cremer of Momence; two brothers, Lester and John Cremer, both of Momence; and two sisters, Alta Conrad and Shirley Peterson of Crescent City.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Mr. Cremer was a former employee of the Momence A&P Grocery store and had owned and operated Vern's Produce in Momence. He was a member of the Odd Fellows.
