Mrs. Rose (Clark) Crouse died of infirmities of old age Wednesday afternoon, December 24, at the home for Widows and Single Women at Reading, aged 83 years. Deceased, who was admitted to this institution in April 1906, had been in ill health for over a year. Her husband, George Crouse, who died many years ago, was one of the leading cigar manufacturers in Reading. Two children survive: Mrs Hattie Ziemer of Philadelphia and Millard Crouse of Evansville, Ind. Mr and Mrs Crouse were former Bedford residents.
