She was preceded in death by her husband, William Harry Burk, daughter Sharron Bea (Shuppert) Jameson, and four siblings.

Survivors include daughter Cynthia (Robert) Stonik, brother Jerome J. Thompson, and one grandson.

Memorial service to be held in Indiana at a later date.
