Not a lot is known about Eunice Osborne Culver. She is said to be of Scotch descendant, and she was born in Eliizabethport, Union Co., New Jersey, where she probably married David O. Culver.

They settled in Exeter Township, Luzerne Co., Pa, where she gave birth to nine children:

Elizabeth Culver; Mary Culver; Rebecca Culver; Rachel Culver 1798–1867, She married William Culver (probably a cousin); Oliver Culver 1799–1864, Oliver married Frances Ann Ford; John Culver 1802–1877, John married Maria Hannah Besteder; David O. Culver 1803–1873, David O. married Clarissa Simmons in Luzerne Co., Pa. and had 10 children before moving to Virgil, Kane Co., Illinois; Lewis Culver 1811–1896, Lewis married Sarah (Sally) Ann Hadsall, and lived on farm near the home place. He and Sally are both buried in Mountain View Cemetery, as is most of their children; James Culver 1822, James disappeared from history at a young age.

Eunice died in Exeter, Lucerne Co., and is believed to be buried near her husband in Mountain View Cemetery.
