Dorothy E. Bragg Adams Mullens, 81, of Crupperneck Rd., Craigsville, went to her heavenly home on Thursday, June 21, 2012, at 1:20 p.m. at her home with loved ones surrounding her with their love whether in body or spirit.

She was born September 10, 1930, in Pickens, the daughter of the late Lula and J.W. Rosier and the late Earl and Helen Bragg.

Dot was preceded in death by her first husband of 17 years, Bill Adams; son, Chris Adams; daughter, Lynn (Adams) Collins; grandson, James C. Adams Jr.; great-grandson, Braiden L. Alderman; brother, Jimmy (Lucy) Bragg; and brother-in-law, Burl Mullens.

Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Eugene Mullens; sons, David "Snooks" Adams and wife, Debbie, of Richwood, John "Mike" Adams Sr. of Arlington, Va., Gary Adams and wife, Melinda, of Richwood, and Dave Mullens of Michigan; daughter, Connie (Mullens) and husband, Cliff Lichlyter; grandchildren, Michael (Patty) Adams, Jr., David Wilhem, Amy (Davy) Acree, Julie (James) Wooten, Alison (Matt) Flynn, Ronnie Collins Jr., Angie Young, Shannon (Justin) Alderman, Justin Patrick Adams, Christina (Josh) Webb, Jimmy Lichlyter, Marlena (Tony) Sauer, Chad (Jessie) Mullens, and Jeremy (Elizabeth) Mullens; 23 great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law, Garland, Arden, Estel (Bonnis), Alvie (Alice), Eldon (Jeannie) and Jud; sister-in-law, Lavada (Rob); and many nieces, nephews and friends.

The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 25, 2012, at Simons-Coleman Funeral Home, Richwood, with Pastor Bonnie Keener officiating.

Interment will be in Mountain View Memorial Park, Richwood.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, June 24, 2012, at Simons-Coleman Funeral Home, Richwood.
