Randy E. Bachmann, of Mt. Holly, formerly of South River, passed away on Friday, June 29, 2012. He was 45. Born in New Brunswick, he grew up in South River before moving to Mt. Holly seven years ago. He worked as a mail carrier in Milltown prior to becoming disabled. An avid fan of WWE Wrestling, Star Trek, Martial Arts, and computer games, Randy also had a deep love of Christian music and his cats. A loving father, he always enjoyed any time he could spend watching his daughter grow.
Son of the late Flora Wycislak Bachmann and Edward Bachmann; brother of the late Janette Bachmann, he is survived by his loving wife, Robyn Green Bachmann; a daughter and the love of his life, Madison Bachmann; a brother, Raymond Bachmann (Jane) of Cliffwood Beach; a sister, JoAnne Edwards (Jeffrey) of Old Bridge; four nephews, Michael Carmen of Elizabethtown, Pa., Matthew Bachmann of Cliffwood Beach, Carmino Dorio of South Amboy, Colin Edwards of Old Bridge; two nieces, April Dorio of Avenel and Kelsey Edwards of Old Bridge; a mother-in-law, Joan Anderson (Lenny) of Monmouth Junction; a father-in-law, John Green of Edison; a sister-in-law, Sara Anderson of Hawthorne; two aunts, Darlene Ghiggeri (Mike) and Miriam Morris (Roger) of Tinton Falls; and many other cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at the Perinchief Chapels, 438 High St., Mt. Holly. Interment will be private. Friends and relatives may visit with the family Friday from 2 p.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to an education fund for his daughter, Madison c/o JoAnne Edwards, 347 East Greystone Rd., Old Bridge, NJ 08857.
