Two brothers, Marion David Smith, Jr. and Stephen Arthur Smith Sr. & family; both residing in Sacramento, California. she is the daughter of Marion David Smith, Sr. of Mesa, Arizona and Helen Christine Smith of Sacramento, California.
"Chris," as she was affectionately known, loved her family and her friends immensely; she was undeniably, a very loving and compassionate person.
Chris first and foremost loved our Lord Jesus Christ in Heaven and her faith never wavered until she went to be with our Lord on: April 12, 2012.
All that have known Chris will never forget her and will unconditionally continue to love her, and keep her memory alive. Chris will forever be in our hearts and on our minds; may she rest in peace until we meet again.

The book of Psalms provides, Hope, Guidance, Faith, Strength and is immensely thought-provoking. Here are some meaningful passages:

Psalm 34:1,4

1: I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
4: I sought the Lord; and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.

Psalm 27:1, 10, 14

1:The Lord is my light and my salvation;
Whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the strength of my life,
of whom shall I be afraid?
10: When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me up.
14: Wait on the Lord, be of good courage; and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.

My Faith, My Strength

I aligned my Faith with my Strength,
To hold on and move ahead
Knowing that my Faith will remain
steadfast and strong.
Not being tossed to and 'fro like leaves by turbulent, unpredictable winds.
My Faith is what propels me through
another millisecond of life;
My Strength is what keeps me grounded when the winds blow,
Believing that I will succeed,
As unforeseen
And unpredictable,
As life is...
Makes living this life a challenge to me.
