He was born in Lewis, New York, May 7, 1922, the son of Irwin and Jennie (Patnode) Pulsifer.
He served in the United States Army Air Force from 1942-1945. He was employed for 39 years with the Imperial Mill in Plattsburgh.
Mr. Pulsifer enjoyed auctions, listening to country music, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors included his wife, the former Frances Pelkey; two daughters, two granddaughters, one great-granddaughter, two brothers and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by two sons, Robert and James; and one grandson, Luis Burgos, Jr.
