Mohall Woman Dies of Stroke Suffered Last Week Thursday
Visiting at Home of Brother-in-Law
At Time of Attack Where She
Remained Until Death Came
An Invalid for Two Years
First Stroke Came About Two Years Ago, and Has Been An Invalid Since That Time
Mrs. Leo Behan died Wednesday afternoon at 4:40, after being unconscious since last week Thursday following a stroke.
Mrs. Behan had been an invalid for two years last September, at which time she suffered her first stroke while they were living at Lake Preston, South Dakota.
Miss Sabiney Mullin was born at Buffalo, Minn., 42 years ago last June. She was married to Leo Behan of Mohall, 22 years ago. They made their home in Mohall most of the time, except for short periods spent at Lambert, Mont., and Preston, South Dakota. Three children were born to them, two of them dieing early in life. One son, Vincent, and her husband, of the immediate family survive her.
She is also survived by three sisters; Mrs. A. J. Winkens, Garrison, N.D.; Mrs. Herb Varner, DesLacs; and Mrs. Ben Backes of Lambert, Mont. Six brothers survive and are; Dan Mullin of Mohall; Chas. Mullin of Minneapolis; Willie and John Mullin of Lambert, Mont., and Andrew and Lawrence Mullin of Hot Springs, South Dakota.
Mrs. Behan died at the home of John Behan in the city of Mohall, where she suffered the attack and could not be removed.
The funeral arrangements were not complete at the time of going to press, but they will be held from the Catholic Church in Mohall some time Friday.
