Thelma, age 80, formerly of Bloomington, died Monday at Hendricks Community Hospital. She was a retired sales clerk at L.S. Ayres in Indianapolis.

Survivors include two sisters, Marie L. Scott of Brownsburg and Helen Pogue of Indianapolis; one brother Lloyd Mays of Indianapolis; several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at Shirley Brothers Washington Memory Chapel in Indianapiolis, entombment will be at Washington Park East in Indianapolis.
