Margaret P. Nunemaker, 76, of Honey Brook RD 3, died in Chester County Hospital, West Chester, yesterday, after a brief illness. She was the widow of George R. Nunemaker.
Mrs. Nunemaker was born in Narvon, a daughter of the late Edward and Isabel Goodman Steeley, and was a member of the Honey Brook Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Norma P Green of Honey Brook RD 3; and one son, Howard G. of Glenmoore RD 2; five grandsons; seven great-grandchildren; one brother, Charles H. Steeley of Martin's Corner; one half-brother, Fred Simmers of Chester Springs; five half-sisters, Mrs. Dora Simmers of Ephrata; Helen Ellsworth of Kingston; Mrs. Kathryn Sweigart of Honey Brook; Mrs. Annie Lafferty, and Mrs. Florence Patton, both of Narvon.
Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Walter L. Labs Funeral Home, Honey Brook, with interment in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Cambridge.

George R. Nunemaker, 74, husband of Margaret P. Steeley Nunemaker of Honey Brook RD 3, died at his home yesterday after a short illness.

Born in Bellfonte, Center County, he was the son of the late Benjamin and Flora Riley Nunemaker.

He attended the Honey Brook Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses and was retired from Lukens Steel Co., Coatesville, in 1965 after 37 years. He was recently employed in the Downingtown Junior High School maintenance department.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Numemaker is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Norma P. Green of Honey Brook RD 3; a son, Howard G. Nunemaker of Glenmoore RD 2; five grandsons; seven great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Samuel and Benjamin, both of Coatesville.

Services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Walter L. Labs Funeral Home, 108 Pequea ave., Honey Brook. Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Cambridge.
