She was born October 21, 1946 in Wilkes Co, North Carolina a daughter of the late Ora Dean Eller Goforth. She retired from FedEx and was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Wilkes County, NC.

Children: Tamara Kay Looney and husband Johnny, Lowell Osborne and wife Debbie
Step Grandchildren: Zachary and Blake Stratton
The memorial service for Mrs. Osborne will be held at 5:00 p.m., Sunday, July 1, 2012 in Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Casey Stark officiating.
