Mr Ainsworth died Friday March 18, 1988 at St. Francis Medical Center, Monroe, La. after a lengthy illness.
Survivors include: His wife, Mrs.Ona May Ainsworth of Lake Providence; two sons.Leon Ainsworth of Oak Grove,La and Rev. J.D. Favors of Calcasieu,La.; two daughters, Leona Morgan and Margaret Herrington both of Lake Providence, one brother,Russell Ainsworth,of Monroe,La;three sisters,Hazel French, of Lake Providence,La, Mary Lou Wilkerson,McComb,Ms.;and Bethel Traywick of Tyler,TX.; 13 grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
