JAMES BRYARLY was born circa 1791 at Saint James Parish, Harford County, Virginia to Robert Bryarly & Sarah Moores-Bryarly.

James was first married to Mary Moores on 08 Dec 1817 in Harford County, Maryland, and they had ONE daughter:

Mary E. Bryarly-Lee (1819-1888).

James' second marriage was to Louisa Bryarly on 12 Mar 1827 in Frederick County, Virginia and they had EIGHT children:

Thomas Bryarly (1830-?),
John M. Bryarly (1836-?),
Lucy E. Bryarly-Lovett (1837-1898),
Susan Conway Bryarly-Manor (1841-1898),
