Rebecca was born on March 9, 1930, in Buda, the daughter of Fred and Edith (Arnold) Hayden. She graduated from Buda High School in 1948. Rebecca married Jack on Jan. 28, 1950, in Sheffield. They were married for 61 years prior to his death on May 12, 2011. She was also preceded in death by her parents, four children, two half sisters and one half brother. Rebecca was a Realtor for the Johnson Agency in Sheffield and secretary for Country Companies in Sheffield. She served on the Board at Perry Memorial Hospital in Princeton and also served on the Princeton United Way board for 20-plus years. Rebecca also served as an acolyte for many years at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Sheffield, where she was a member.
Rebecca enjoyed golf, bible study and bird watching.
Burial will be in the Hopeland Cemetery, Buda.
