Clayton served 3 1/2 years in the US Army during WWII. He was employed at Fleischer Mfg. for 45 years. He and his wife own Memory Lane Antiques. Clayton is a member of the American Legion, Eagles Club, St. Bonaventure Church, and was previously a scout leader for Troop 115. He enjoyed antiques, square dancing, hunting, fishing, and traveling.
