Funeral services for Sarah Nunamaker Looney, 79, of 1532 Newberry Avenue will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Union United Methodist Church.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at the home.
Mrs. Looney, wife of the late Johnnie Walter Looney Sr., died Wednesday, July 7, 1993. Born In Irmo, she was a daughter of the late Olin Franklin and Lizzie Eubanks Nunamaker. She was a retired cosmetologist and owner of Looney's Beauty Shop. She was a member of Union United Methodist Church.
Surviving are daughters, Beth Richardson of Lawrenceville, Ga. and Suzanne Newell of Gastonia, N. C., sons, Johnnie Looney Jr. of Aynor, Donald and Charles Looney, both of Irmo, and Dennis Looney of Anderson, N. C., 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
