Lemešany (Hungarian: Lemes) is a village and municipality in Prešov District in the Prešov Region of eastern Slovakia.

On 7 January 1920 Frank J. Sedlak (30), wife Bertha M. (29), children; Helen (6), Edward (4+4/12), William (2+5/12), Frank (4/12) and Bertha's widowed mother, Anna Danko (60) lived at 1709 Cutler Street in city of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio. Census shows Frank immigrated in 1906 and Bertha in 1895, both had filed papers for citizenship. Anna had immigrated in 1895 and was naturalized in 1902. Frank was a carpenter in a shipyard.
