Jack W. T. Allen, 76, of Ft. Smith, Arkansas, died March 12, 1998, in a Ft. Smith hospital. He was owner of Allen Transformer Company, a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church, Institute Electric Electronic Engineer, Ft. Smith Engineer Club and Downtown Rotary Club. The Funeral service is 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, 1998, at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be his Grandsons. Memorial contributions may be made to the Downtown Rotary Club.
He is survived by his wife, Doris of the home; two daughters, Jackie Napier and Becky Mallard of Ft. Smith; two sons, David and Robert Allen of Ft. Smith; four brothers, Gene Allen of Lamar, Missouri, Joe Allen of Mulvane, Kansas, Wesley Allen of Seattle, Washington and Jimmy Allen of Joplin, Missouri; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
