Funeral sevices will be held at 2p.m. Friday in the First Baptist Church at Henryetta for W. B. Bennefield 74, pioneer Hoffman Resident and retired farmer who died Wednesday in an Okmulgee Hospita. Guria will be in the Hoffman Cemetery under the direction of the Wood funeral Home of Henryetta. Pall bearers include J.D. McAfee, Washie McKay, Ike Tidwell, Henry Bennefield, George Collins and Andrew Grogan.
Mr. Bennefield moved to Hoffman to make his home at the of 6 years, and had lived there until recently when he and his wife moved to Ochelata Oklahoma. He was a member of the Church of God.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mollie Benefield of the home in Ochelata; six daughters Mrs. Sue Smith, Tulsa Mrs Addie Leard and Mrs LouElla Leard both of Ochelata; Mrs Sallie Millhouse, Robstown Texas; Mrs Martha Tate, League City, Texas; and Mrs. Leona Barnes of Shawnee; five sons, Colonel Bennefield, Phillips Texas; J.K. and William Benefield both of Ramona, Okla. Irvin Benefield, Shulter; and Porter Bennefield Dallas Oregon, a sister Mrs. Minty Tidwell, coalton; also 28 grandchildren and seven great grand children.

He was preceded in death by five brothersJohn Franklin Bennefield, Henry Colonel Bennefield, J. Kay Bennefield, William Cecil Bennefield,and Irvin Charlse Bennefield,and two sisters Sue Bennefield Smith, LueElla Bennefield Leard. He was survived by four sisters Sarah Addline Bennefield Leard,Sallie Mae Bennefield Millhouse, Martha Lee Bennefield Tate, Virgia Leona Bennefield Barnes.
