Rosa J. Bubolz, 100, formerly of Reedsville and Shady Lane Home, Manitowoc, died Wednesday evening, May 1, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John and St. James Lutheran Church, Reedsville. The Rev. Harlyn Kuschel will officiate and burial will be in Westside Church Cemetery, Reedsville.

Mrs. Bubolz was born Oct. 14, 1884, in the Town of Rockland, daughter of the late William and Meta Strodthoff Schwandt. She was married to William G. Bubolz, March 8, 1908. He preceded her in death Nov. 7, 1940.

Survivors include a daughter-in-law; seven grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by three sons, a grandchild and a great great grandchild.

Friends may call at St. John and St. James Lutheran Church, Reedsville, on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. until the time of services. There will be no Friday evening visitation.

Reedsville Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
