Mrs. Charles J. Haese, 72, nee Ottilie Boettcher, of Reedsville, died yesterday at the Holy Family hospital. She suffered a fractured leg in a fall four weeks ago.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:30 p.m. from the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Reinhardt Kitzerow of Cato, and at two o'clock from the St. John-James Evangelical Lutheran church at Reedsville. Burial will be in the west side church cemetery at Reedsville.

Mrs. Haese was born at Maple Grove in 1870 and following her marriage to Mr. Haese they operated cheese factories at Berlin, Wis., and Maribel. Later they engaged in farming at Medford and for 30 years operated a farm at Maple Grove, retiring nine years ago. Mr. Haese died eight years ago. Since then Mrs. Haese made her home at Reedsville.

Survivors are four daughters, Mrs. Kitzerow of Cato, Mrs. Barney Bucholz of Wayside, Mrs. Gerhard Wolfe and Adeline Haese of Milwaukee; four brothers, Herman and Fred of Reedsville, Louis of Medford, Henry of Montana; sister, Mrs. Ida Firkholz of Bonduel; and five grandchildren.
