Darlene M. Duescher, 46, of 9116 Decker Road, Whitelaw, died Friday, August 9, 1991, at St. Luke Medical Center, Milwaukee.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. John St. James Lutheran Church, Reedsville. Rev. David Kipfmiller will officiate with burial at Westside Cemetery, Reedsville.
She was born October 17, 1944, in Fond du Lac, daughter of the late Clems and Mavis Hefter Blattner. She married Ronald Duescher on June 29, 1974, in Reedsville. Mrs. Duescher was employed by Waupun and Mishicot Public Schools for 22 1/2 years. She was a member of St. John St. James Lutheran Church, Reedsville, and the Humane Society. She was very active in nature loving organizations.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald; her grandmother, Mrs. William (Marie) Hefter of Fond du Lac; her step father, Herbert Berghandler of Fond du Lac; two daughters and sons-in-law, Julie and David Gomm of Black Creek, Dawn and Tim Horswill of Manitowoc; two sons, Ron Jr. in the U.S. Military, Richard of Cleveland, Ohio; a grandson, Jacob Horswill; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard and Judy Blattner of Fond du Lac, Robert and Mary Blattner of Fond du Lac, Donald and Nancy Blattner of Granger, Ind.; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends survive.
Friends may call at Wieting Funeral Home, Reedsville, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. this Monday and Tuesday from 7:45 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and then at the church from 9 a.m. until the hour of service.
