Judy Carol (Mauney) Arrowood, 62, wife of the late Rev. Allen R. Arrowood, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, June 16, 2012.
Judy was born on February 26, 1950 to the late James W. and Reathel (Elrod) Mauney.
She was a member of Evangel Catherdral, and served beside her husband in ministry.
Judy was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who adored her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by two daughters, Donna Arrowood Springs of Spartanburg and Karin Arrowood Kalina and her husband Allen of Spartanburg; and her son, Marty Allen Arrowood and his wife Stephanie of Spartanburg.
Judy was blessed with five grandchildren, Joshua and Jasie Springs, Katie and Kaylee Kalina, and Matthew Arrowood; a great granddaughter, Aria Elizabeth Springs.
The family received friends 6:00–8:00 PM on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at Dunbar Funeral Home.
A funeral service was held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at Evangel Cathedral Atrium, conducted by Reverend Jan King, Reverend Darlene Sullivan, and Reverend John Petty. Interment was in Westwood Memorial Gardens.
