Joseph "Cheverie" was published in
"The Three Oaks Press" newspaper,
in Three Oaks, Michigan, on
March 29, 1895, page 1, column 4:

Joseph Cheverie, who had been sick
for some time, died on Friday morning
March 22 [or 21?], and was buried in
Galien on Sunday the 24th. The funeral
services were held at the Galien
Center church, and were conducted
by the Rev. Mr. Hicks of Benton
Harbor.
