ALLPORT - Walter Blair Hubler, 72, of Allport, died Sunday, Dec. 21, at 5:15 a.m. at the Philipsburg General Hospital.

Born March 8, 1914, in Graham Township, Morrisdale R.D., he was the son of Walter and Grace (Rothrock) Hubler.

Surviving are a brother, Wayne of Kylertown; and these sisters, Mrs. Lois Crowell of Allport, Mrs. Carl (Ellen) Sleigh of Philipsburg R.D., Mrs. William (Ruth) Bumbarger of Morrisdale R.D. and Mrs. Esther Monroe of Morris Plains, N.J.

Mr. Hubler was a U.S. Air Force veteran of World War II and a member of the Philipsburg VFW.

Services will be held in the chapel of the Strange and Weaver Home for Funeral, Morrisdale, tomorrow at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Thomas Searfoss officiating. Interment will follow in Palestine Cemetery with military graveside services.

Friends will be received at the funeral home today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and tomorrow until the time of services.
