At an early age he professed a hope in Christ, joing New Liberty Baptist Church where he was baptized.
Chrles Jr never met a stranger. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, brother and uncle who saw his calling to be the stern fatherly figure. He never skipped on an opprotunity to teach or give advice. His generosity and kind heart was an inspiration to all.
He was a self-employed tazi-diver for over thirty years, owing Northside Cab Company and driving for several others including AAA Cab, Carmel Cab, Hoosier Cab, Rainbow Cab adn Yellow Cab Companies. He also drove for limousine services adn was a paramedic in his early years.
Charles Jr. Departed this life on March 14, 2006 at the age of fifty-two years, three months and twenty-five days. He was proceded in death by his mother, Mae Lee Thompson Starks.
He leaves to cherish his memory; wife Nancy, two sons, Charles Edward Starks III of Columbus, IN adn Luther Starks of Indianapolis; father Charles Starks Sr, one brother Kenneth Lee Starks, six sisters, Charlens Johnson, Shirley Starks, Odena Starks, Tonya Rankin (Duanne), Jennifer Thomas (John), Vickie Johnson (Daryl); twelve nephews, fourteen nieces, twenty-three great newphew, eleven great neices, a host of uncles, aunts, cousins other relatives and friends.
