Baby of Sulphur Dies After illness
Sulphur, La., June 6 Stephen Keith Guidry, 5 months son of Mr. and Mrs. Rene Guidry, 1119 Alvin street, Sulpher, died at 8:15 p.m. Friday at St Patrick’s hospital in Lake Charles after five days of illness. He was born in Lake Charles February 2.
Services were set for 5 p.m. Saturday by the Rev. Eugene Velliard of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church, with burial at Roselawn cemetery directed by Hixon funeral home.
Also surviving are a brother, Ricky; sister, Loretta Joy; grandparents, Mrs. Agnes Guidry of New Orleans and Mrs. Nora Thibodeaux of Lafayette; several aunts and uncles.
