Lincoln County. Soon after this census, she married Andrew
Jesse Carter about 1913 in Chelsea, OK. The first child
Frederick, named for "Jesse's" grandfather was born in 1914
but, died almost immediately, the same year. Following
Frederick's death, Manford, Archie and Mildred were born in
1916, 1918 and 1920, respectively. Andrew "Jesse" would not
live to see his last son, for he died in January and Archie
wasn't born until Jul of that fatal year. .
