REIDER, Connie M. - Of Hermitage, Tennessee, formerly of Flint, age 67, died Sunday, June 7, 1998 at Summit Medical Center in Hermitage. Funeral service will be held at 1PM Thursday, June 11, 1998 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Reverend Harold K. Polk, Jr. officiating. Burial in Crestwood Cemetery. Visitation 5-9PM Tuesday and 11AM-9PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Reider was born in Dahlgren, Illinois on July 25, 1930, the daughter of William and Gladys Underwood. Connie enjoyed her grandchildren and great-nieces and nephews. Surviving are 2 sons, Gary M. Reider of Hermitage, Tennessee, Jeff "Rock" and wife Kim Reider of Clio; 3 grandchildren, Rachael Reider of Tennessee, Megan and Kelsey Reider, both of Clio; 1 great-grandchild, Zachary; 2 brothers, W.C. and wife Marilyn Underwood of Oscoda and Jack Underwood; 4 sisters, Colette Lurvey of Mt. Morris, Noeline Beede of Flint, Ida and husband Eric Grams of Lennon and Mary Jo Ballard of Arkansas; 3 brothers-in-law, Russell and wife Kay Reider, Richard and wife Mitzie Reider, Jerry and wife Carolyn Reider; several nieces and nephews. A special thank you to her niece, Paula Heidebreicht. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lavern and her parents.
