Bonnie Clouse Hoover, age 90, of Glade Rd., Beaver, Ohio, died Tuesday June 12, 2012 at her residence. She was born November 25, 1921 in Pike County, Ohio, a daughter of the late C.S. and Ora Reisinger Clouse. Mrs. Hoover was united in marriage January 13, 1943 to her husband, Earl E. Hoover, who preceded her in death June 26, 2004.

Surviving are two daughters; one son; six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and a very special friend, Jenny of Beaver, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Dale Clouse; and six sisters, Muriel Overly, Dallas Moore, Elsie Montgomery, Ruby Clouse, Ruth Vogel, and Norma Davis.

Mrs. Hoover graduated from Beaver High School in 1939, was a member and attended the Beaver Emmanuel United Methodist Church for over 70 years, was a member of the Team of United Methodist Women's Organization and attended the Portsmouth District Missions, sang and was a soloist in the church choir, was a charter member of the Beaver Civic Club, and was a member of the Beaver Historical Society.

Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Friday June 15, 2012 at the Beaver Emmanuel United Methodist Church with Pastor Herman Stewart and Minister Chris Clark officiating. Burial will follow in the Beaver Union Cemetery.

Friends may call from 4-8:00 P.M. Thursday June 14, 2012 at the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver and Friday from 12 noon until the time of service at the church.
