Funeral services for Jerome A. “Bud” Jaeger Jr., 58, of 1174 Highway 67, Campbellsport, will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Twohig Funeral Home, Campbellsport, and at 10:30 a.m. at St. Martin’s Catholic Church, Ashford.
The Rev. Richard Fechhelm will officiate. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
Friends may call Tuesday from 4 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home where a parish vigil will be held at 8 p.m.
Mr. Jaeger died Saturday, Feb. 27, 1988, at his home.
He was born Dec. 20, 1929, in Campbellsport, to Jerome and Ann Marie Croell Jaeger Sr. On Sept. 18, 1954, he married Jeanne Merkt at Holy Trinity Church, Kewaskum
Mr. Jaeger was founder of jaeger Sharpening Service, Campbellsport, and he was a member of St. Martin’s Catholic Church, Ashford.
Survivors include his wife; seven sons, Jerome III of Wauconda, Ill., John and his wife Pamela of Campbellsport, Jeffrey and his wife Wanda of Des Plaines, Ill., Joseph and his wife Susan of Howards Grove, Jay and his wife Bonnie of S. Kilian, James and Jody, both at home; three daughters, Judy Greif and her husband Donald of Menomonee Falls, Jackie Marquardt and her husband Lee of Lomira, and Jeanette Sabel and her husband Charles of Chilton; 11 grandchildren; his mother of Campbellsport; two brothers, Eugene M of Campbellsport, and Orville “ Jim” of North Fond du Lac; three sisters, Geraldine Niemuth and her husband Leland and Eunice Beisch and her husband Eugene, all of Campbellsport, and Delores Miller and her husband Reynold of Waupun. His father, one sister and one brother preceded him in death.
