Ann Marie Jaeger, 91, formerly of Ashford, died Monday, April 4, 1994, at Hope Nursing Home in Lomira.

She was born March 6, 1903, in Chili, Wis., a daughter of William and Minnie Lamers Croell. She married Jerome B. Jaeger Sr. in the spring of 1926.

Mrs. Jaeger and her husband were co-owners and operators of Old Ironsides Battery Works in Ashford for 23 years. She was a member of St. Martin’s Catholic Church in Ashford.

Survivors include five children, Geraldine Niemuth and her husband Lee, twins Eugene jaeger and Eunice Beitsch and her husband Eugene, all of Campbellsport; Delores Miller and her husband Reynold of Waupun and Orville James of North Fond du Lac; 35 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; one brother-in-law; four sisters-in-law; and other relatives.

Preceding her in death were her husband on Feb. 12, 1962, three children, Jerome Jr., Mary Ann Durham and Robert D.; seven sisters and three brothers.

Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Twohig Funeral Home in Campbellsport and at 7:30 p.m. at St. Martin’s Church in Ashford. The Rev. Wayne Barta will officiate,. Burial will be Thursday at St. Matthew’s Cemetery in Campbellsport.

Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4 p.m. Wednesday to the hour of services.
